About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Strategic Accounts, Singapore, to lead our client engagement and commercial growth across Singapore. In this leadership role, you will drive the strategy and performance of the strategic accounts team, with a focus on revenue growth, customer retention, and high-value relationship management. You will oversee complex sales cycles, lead contract negotiations, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the delivery of integrated, customer-centric solutions. With a strong understanding of market dynamics and a hands-on leadership style, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our most important client partnerships while contributing to broader business objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead the Strategic Accounts team in Singapore to achieve and exceed revenue, retention, and performance targets through strategic direction and coaching.Develop and execute departmental sales strategies aligned with overall business objectivesDrive consultative selling excellence, including oversight of key product demos, presentations, and tender responsesLead contract negotiations, ensuring commercially sound agreements in line with company policyChampion customer retention and expansion by reinforcing value propositions and solution differentiationBuild and maintain strong senior-level client relationships, ensuring consistent, high-quality engagementFoster cross-functional collaboration to deliver an integrated and customer-centric experienceSet and monitor standards for client interaction quality and frequency to strengthen competitive positioningProvide strategic input into market planning and product development initiatives.Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform decision-makingOversee portfolio planning and pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment to strategic goalsEnsure accurate and timely reporting, including team compliance with Salesforce and internal reporting standards

Requirements

At least 10 to 15 years of experience in strategic account management or enterprise sales with minimum of 8 years of experience in a people managementDomain expertise in AML, KYC, Compliance and Risk management within the banking and financial services sector will be highly advantageousProven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales or account management teamsStrong track record in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating high-value contractsExcellent relationship-building skills with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and business alignment skills.Skilled in cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, marketing, and operationsSolid understanding of the Singapore and Southeast Asia market landscapeProficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) with strong pipeline and reporting discipline
