An exciting opportunity has arisen within Sanofi Specialty Care UKIE for a highly talented individual to deliver national sales targets and deliverables in line with the agreed plan through leading the Ireland SPC Team, develop and deliver on the business plan for Ireland. Build a team and culture that delivers on all aspects of the Sanofi mission.
The role will report into GM Specialty Care UKIE & Country Lead UKIE.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive country growth, P&L targets and budget forecasting while adapting the organization to business needsLead access strategy and public affairs initiatives with key stakeholdersDevelop talent and build a high-performing, motivated sales teamRepresent Specialty Care on the Ireland Leadership Team and UKIE Leadership TeamChampion cross-BU collaboration to advance the "One Sanofi" agendaDesign and implement effective sales incentive schemes to exceed targetsFoster a collaborative culture that maximizes business opportunities through strategic internal and external partnershipsAbout you
Core Background Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in pharmaceutical sales with a track record of delivering P&L targets and business growth in the Irish marketExperience managing and developing high-performing teams in specialty care or similar pharmaceutical business unitsStrong commercial acumen with experience in budget forecasting, resource planning, and performance managementBackground in pharmaceutical stakeholder management, particularly in access conditions and public affairs in IrelandExperience as part of leadership teams with cross-functional collaboration skillsNice to Have:
Previous experience representing a business unit on a country leadership teamKnowledge of the Irish healthcare system and reimbursement landscapeExperience implementing sales incentive schemes and performance management systemsBackground in "One Company" initiatives or matrix organization leadershipTrack record of talent development and organizational growth managementThe ideal candidate would combine strategic business leadership with strong people management skills and deep knowledge of the Irish pharmaceutical market, particularly in specialty care.
