Head of Spare Parts

As an international company with more than 50 years of experience and more than 15.000 installed waterjet and abrasive waterjet systems Flow is the world leader in development, manufacture and sales of ultrahigh- pressure (UHP) waterjet technology.

We are looking for the following person in our Darmstadt Office (Germany):

Your tasks:

Management of the international Customer Service Team (technical and disciplinary leadership, including ensuring internal operational processes, organizing training, and defining the team's objectives) Responsible for the profit and loss of the Spare Parts division Responsible for the development and implementation of differentiated pricing, including adaptation to regional characteristics and market conditions Development and maintenance of customer contacts with the goal of sustainable customer loyalty and business expansion Active customer support, such as on-site customer visits and online meetings Development and launch of Customer Services Supporting the sales team and aligning activities together Sales planning and increasing customer satisfaction Regaining lost customers Expansion of Key-Account-Management Development and planning of targeted promotional and Marketing measures Analysis of the market situation regarding customer and sales potential (regions and industries) Contact person for the Sales and Operations teams, as well as cross-team collaboration with other departments Participation in trade fair events

 

Your Profile:

Degree in Industrial Engineering or a comparable field Several years of professional experience in Customer Management, Sales, or After-Sales, ideally in an industrial or technical environment, and experience in the Spare Parts business Proven experience in leading teams, ideally in Customer Service or Sales Ability to motivate and develop employees, a strong customer and service focus, coupled with strong communication skills Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach Fluent written and spoken German and English Very good knowledge of CRM-systems and common tools for Data Analysis and Sales Management Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint In-depth technical understanding Good analytical skills and a solid understanding of numbers Strong team player
