Head of Social Media Marketing
Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Social Media Marketing to lead our global social media strategy and execution. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, a deep understanding of digital communications culture, and a proven ability to thrive in demanding, fast-paced corporate environments. The ideal candidate will bring editorial and creative sensibilities, strong judgment, and hands-on experience to elevate our brand presence across platforms. They will serve as a key evangelist for social media across business units, helping leaders understand and leverage the power of social to drive business impact. Other responsibilities will include: Strong editorial judgment and hands-on creativity in digital brand storytelling. Passionate about innovation and change, with deep comms department fluency. Skilled in crafting performance-based social briefs and navigating demanding corporate cultures like Blackstone. Acts as a strategic evangelist, aligning social media value with business leadership across the firm.
