About this opportunity:
This role requires an experienced people leader with a strong ability to drive customer satisfaction and value through efficient service delivery.
As the Head of Service Delivery, you will support service sales both directly and indirectly by leveraging unit resources. You will ensure alignment with Ericsson’s overall service delivery processes, models, and strategies.
In this operational leadership role, you will collaborate to ensure that all work is delivered in line with the agreed customer contracts and requirements. You will also be responsible for providing performance feedback, recognition, and managing remuneration using existing Ericsson tools and processes.

 

What you will do:
•    Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and suppliers.
•    Maintain and develop strong customer relationships at Executive/C-level.
•    Have direct line management responsibility for the delivery team.
•    Supervise and report on program-related trends, capability development, and performance against project plans and budgets.
•    Ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes.
•    Maintain and strengthen project management capability across the program.
•    Take overall accountability for program financial results, including cost center management, utilization, and billability.
•    Empower the organization to focus on delivering business outcomes.
•    Foster a positive, productive culture and contribute to long-term strategy and planning.
•    Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
•    Drive operational performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.

 

You will bring:
•    10+ years of experience in the Telco/Systems Integration industry, leading IT and Network transformation programs or complex projects.
•    A results-oriented mindset with a customer-first attitude.
•    Strong leadership skills, with experience managing multi-cultural and cross-functional teams.
•    Crisis management capabilities and the ability to thrive in high-pressure or ambiguous situations.
•    Experience working across various delivery unit types with differing complexity, maturity, and scale.
•    Advanced analytical skills to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for value realization.
•    A university degree in Technology; an MBA or equivalent is a strong advantage.
