Own one of the key growth engines for Amazon in Saudi Arabia. As the Head of Seller Services, you will lead a team that is responsible for growing Amazon’s selection and ensuring the success of brands available on Amazon across a portfolio of categories.
To do this, you will need to identify our current selection opportunities, work with existing brand owners and retailers to close those gaps, negotiate with missing brands to launch them on Amazon, and develop solutions (e.g., new products, programs) that will enable our Selling Partners to grow on Amazon.

A day in the life
In this role, you will
- Lead the marketplace PF/category/cohort/Vertical seller strategy and operations, driving growth through seller acquisition, retention, and optimization of the seller experience
- Build and manage a high-performing seller services team encompassing on-boarding, account management, and support functions
- Establish and track key performance metrics (KPIs) for seller success while developing programs to improve seller satisfaction and performance
- Partner with product, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to enhance the seller experience and drive platform growth
- Oversee seller communication strategy and develop educational resources, training programs, and support documentation
- Manage escalations and strategic seller relationships while ensuring compliance with marketplace standards and regulations
