What you will do: Key Responsibilities & Strategic Focus

Strategic Leadership & Growth: Define and execute ambitious long-term sales strategies for the EA portfolio, aligning with global Siemens objectives and local market dynamics in Taiwan. Drive significant revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across all EA segments. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Market & Customer Engagement: Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with key enterprise clients, critical infrastructure providers, EPCs, and distribution partners, positioning Siemens as a trusted advisor. Champion outcome-based selling and drive the adoption of digital transformation initiatives, showcasing the value of Siemens' integrated hardware and software solutions in our EA portfolio Identify emerging market trends and customer needs, translating them into actionable sales opportunities and product development feedback. Operational Excellence & Innovation: Implement robust sales processes, ensuring accurate forecasting, efficient pipeline management, and comprehensive performance reporting. Actively champion the adoption of new technologies and innovative solutions to maintain Siemens' competitive advantage and drive market disruption.

What you bring with you

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic leader with a proven track record of success in the Electrification & Automation domain. Your profile should include:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Industrial Automation, or a closely related technical field. Extensive Sales Leadership: A minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience in electrical automation and distribution, with a significant portion dedicated to hardware and software solution selling. Proven Leadership: At least 4 years of demonstrated leadership experience managing, coaching, and inspiring diverse, high-performing sales teams to exceed ambitious targets. Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the energy management landscape, critical infrastructure requirements, and the evolving trends in industrial automation and digitalization. Strategic Acumen: Exceptional business acumen, with a strong customer-centric approach and a clear growth mindset. Ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies. Stakeholder Influence: Demonstrated ability to influence and engage effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders, driving strategic initiatives and fostering long-term partnerships. Global Mindset: Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience operating within a global, multicultural corporate environment. Master's degree or MBA.
