Head of Sales - Consumer Health (individual contributor) 

 

Position Overview:

As the Head of Sales in Consumer Health for Poland, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and adjusting the sales strategy to drive business development and brand activation within the Polish market. You will lead and support sales teams to achieve financial and business objectives, ensuring the successful activation of the Consumer Health portfolio across all channels.

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and adjust sales strategy, including commercial policy, sales tools, resource allocations, and coverage;Harmonize business objectives with Sales Force team leads;Create and refine commercial strategies for all channels to maximize ROI and improve trade promotions;Continuously improve sales tools and activities in line with legal requirements;Ensure sales target achievement across all channels for the entire portfolio;Enhance sales and leadership capabilities through coaching and training;Contribute to national sales projects and CEEC initiatives, implementing Customer Excellence locally;Maintain commercial policy with CCL, FBP, LPC;Provide updates on sales activity implementation, propose new ideas, and maintain relationships with key clients, including independent pharmacies and wholesalers;Participate in client meetings, congresses, and conferences.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

College/university degree, preferably in business administration, economics, or life sciences; a combination of both is a plus;Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in FMCG or Consumer Health industry, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in sales teams;Experience in the pharmaceutical market is an advantage;Strong collaboration skills within cross-functional teams;Fluent in English, both written and spoken.  YOUR APPLICATION
