Head of Sales and Partnership
Job Description - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals. - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities. - Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the agricultural sector, including farmers, cooperatives, and agribusinesses. - Collaborate with industry organizations and participate in agricultural events to enhance brand visibility. - Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals. - Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Engage with customers to understand their challenges and demonstrate how our AI robotics solutions can address their needs. - Facilitate product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Gather and analyze feedback from customers and partners to inform product development and marketing strategies. - Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes impacting agriculture. - Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets. - Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.
