Main Responsibilities: Lead and grow our Equities Sales Team. Expand retail client base and maintain relationships with institutional clients.
Job Responsibilities :
Lead, manage, and mentor the equities sales team to achieve individual and group targets; Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire and grow both retail and institutional clients and improve the company’s client acquisition strategies; Manage high-value client relationships and represent the firm in client presentations, events, and meetings; Deliver actionable trade ideas, supported by research and technical/ fundamental insights; Present market updates and equity ideas to clients in an educational format; Lead sales teams in conducting roadshows in and out of Metro Manila; Collaborate with Marketing, digital, and research teams to come up with campaigns, programs to attract new retail clients. Monitor sales performance and report regularly to senior management on KPIs and revenue forecasts; Work closely with research, marketing and operations to deliver seamless client experience; Uphold regulatory compliance and ensure team alignment with ethical practices; And other tasks that can be assigned from time to time.
