About the Role:
Our Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, meeting sales targets, and expanding the customer base by providing strategic direction and management to the sales department. This position requires a blend of strategic-creative planning, team leadership, client relationship management, and market analysis to ensure the sales organization aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territories and accounts.Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team; hire, train, and evaluate sales personnel as needed.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to position products effectively and identify new business opportunities.Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners, acting as a trusted advisor to understand and meet their business needs.Oversee the preparation of detailed sales reports, forecasts, and budgets; communicate progress and results to senior management.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and finance to ensure alignment of sales strategies with broader company goals.Continuously monitor and improve sales processes, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to enhance efficiency and performance.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as needed.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related fieldBusiness English.Relevant experience in sales strategy and defining sales processes.Proven ability to manage and empower sales managers.Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Experience in international sales.Willingness to travel as needed.Experience in managing a team of around 25 people.Ability to develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions, and to position products effectively against competitors.Work in a way that works for you:
