In this executive role, the focus is on driving global revenue and profitability growth in Planarization by cultivating strategic relationships with key customers. The executive will monitor market dynamics to ensure accurate forecasts and supply chain readiness while collaborating with Marketing and R&D to execute a strategic pipeline for sustainable growth. Responsibilities include overseeing commercial activities aligned with the annual budget, partnering with Technical Application and Marketing for successful product rollouts, and developing innovative solutions based on customer needs and market trends. Additionally, the role emphasizes pricing strategy execution, talent development, and fostering an inclusive environment that enhances employee engagement. As a member of the Planarization Leadership Team, the executive will make critical decisions that influence the broader Formulated Materials Business Unit while championing digital transformation to improve sales effectiveness.

 

Your Role

 

Drive revenue and profitability growth at customers in Planarization globallyDevelop and maintain strategic relationships with key customersMonitor the market closely & navigate the complex, competitive landscape to ensure timely forecasts and supply chain readinessWin and execute strategic pipeline with Marketing and R&D to secure sustainable growthResponsible for commercial activities for annual budget and strategic targetPartner with the Technical Application and Marketing teams on new product rollouts and winning Process of Records (POR)Develop detailed understanding of customer requirements and underlying market trends, and lead development of new products to meet the market needsOversee pricing execution through the sales teamsReport to line manager and collaborate with related functions (R&D, Marketing, Technical service and Operation team)Develop sales talent and strengthen customer centric skills to build a strong succession pipelineFoster an inclusive and psychologically safe environment, driving employee engagement and team performanceEmbrace and champion digital transformation to enhance sales effectivenessServe as a member of the Planarization Leadership Team and key decision maker in activities that span across Formulated Materials BU 

 

You Are

 

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Chemistry or Semiconductor related major, MBA is preferred10+ years Semiconductor experience requiredExtensive managerial experience in diverse roles and across regions10+ years Commercial experienceCommercial and Business acumenDemonstrated Leadership and Change Management skillsBuild trustful relationships with customersInfluencing and negotiation skillsStrong communication skills and ability successfully collaborate in a global matrix organizationProven ability to create high performance organizations
