Your Role:

You will drive revenue and profitability growth at customers in Planarization globally while developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key customers. Monitor the market closely and navigate the complex, competitive landscape to ensure timely forecasts and supply chain readiness. Win and execute the strategic pipeline with Marketing and R&D to secure sustainable growth and be responsible for commercial activities related to the annual budget and strategic targets. Partner with the Technical Application and Marketing teams on new product rollouts and winning Processes of Record (POR). Develop a detailed understanding of customer requirements and underlying market trends, leading the development of new products to meet market needs. Oversee pricing execution through the sales teams and report to the line manager while collaborating with related functions such as R&D, Marketing, Technical Service, and Operations. Develop sales talent and strengthen customer-centric skills to build a strong succession pipeline. Foster an inclusive and psychologically safe environment that drives employee engagement and team performance and embrace and champion digital transformation to enhance sales effectiveness. Serve as a member of the Planarization Leadership Team and a key decision-maker in activities that span across the Formulated Materials Business Unit.

 

Who You Are:

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a Semiconductor-related major. 10+y ears of experience in the semiconductor industry is required.10+ years of experience in Commercial roles.Extensive managerial experience in diverse roles and across regions.Commercial and Business acumen.Demonstrated Leadership and Change Management skills.Build trustful relationships with customers.Influencing and negotiation skills.Strong communication skills and ability successfully collaborate in a global matrix organization.Proven ability to create high performance organizations.

 

Preferred qualification:

MBA is preferred.
