Purpose of the jobResponsible for the conformity of the Quality Systems Management. Assures that processes meet quality and safety compliance guidelines Responsibilities + Drive ZF DNA of Quality Strategy implementation + Drive excellence on quality performance thru Quality KPIs + Product Safety Representative (PSR) + Member of Plant Staff Management in charged to develop quality improvement strategies + Lead Head of Plant to perform Management Review according to ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standards + Drive compliance with quality management systems standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, etc.) and customer specific requirements + Drive quality assurance on production processes through quality controls and ensuring meeting of internal and external quality requirements of products and processes + Responsible to escalate quality concerns to upper management + Responsible of APQP/Project planning compliance according to organization and customer requirements + Responsible of laboratory/testing scope and compliance with calibration processes according (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, etc.) and customer requirements + Drive resolution and prevention of customer quality concerns + Lead strategies to meet and exceed customer satisfaction + Responsible of supplier quality assurance management and processes at the plant, such as supplier concern management and incoming inspection.
