Your Role

As the Head of Purchasing, you’ll lead the end-to-end procurement function, from strategy definition to supplier performance monitoring. You will play a critical role in optimizing supplier relations, driving cost-efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute short-, mid-, and long-term purchasing strategies. Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers. Foster long-term supplier partnerships while ensuring compliance with internal policies. Monitor KPIs including quality, cost, delivery, and take corrective action when needed. Coordinate with engineering, finance, and operations to support business needs. Lead and develop the purchasing team, setting clear goals and supporting growth. Drive Lean purchasing practices and develop LCC (Low-Cost Country) sourcing strategies. Report purchasing performance metrics and continuously improve procurement processes.

 

Your Profile

Degree in economics, engineering, or management with specialization in industrial purchasing. At least 5-7 years of experience in a purchasing leadership role within an aerospace or automotive environment. Skilled in ERP tools, supplier negotiation, and strategic sourcing. Fluent in French and English (German is a plus). Strong communicator, team leader, and problem-solver.
