Building external relationships with clients and supply partners to deliver major projects Ensure that all projects adhere and are managed to commercial agreements / contractscompliantwith statutory regulations, areQHSEcompliant and meet technical industry standards. **Key Responsibilities** This role supports a **large, national retail maintenance account** , with a focus on delivering safe, compliant, and commercially sound projects. Working closely with the **Account FM Team** , the position is key toidentifying, developing, and delivering a pipeline of strategic and operational project opportunities across the retail estate.
