We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Head of Projects to take on a central role within our global organization. Operating within a matrix structure with regional anchoring, you will be a key player in ensuring consistent, effective, and professional management of complex construction projects across geographies
This role is both operational and strategic. You will be responsible for maintaining a global overview of all medium and large-scale construction projects across the organization, ensuring transparency and progress across the portfolio. You will also actively participate in steering committees for relevant strategic projects, contributing to long-term decision-making and prioritization
The Head of Projects will report directly to the Vice President, Real Estate & Indirect Procurement, ensuring alignment with overall business priorities and strategic direction within the global real estate and procurement function.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs Head of Projects, you will in a global matrix organization in close collaboration with regions lead and manage complex construction projects globally, guiding them from initiation through to handover. You will maintain a global overview of all medium and large-scale construction projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Your key responsibilities include
Additionally, you will provide technical expertise related to international and local building standards, health and safety, and sustainability requirements. You will support executive decision-making by delivering clear, strategic, and data-driven recommendations, and actively participate in steering committees to drive strategic projects

Background & Skills
To succeed in this role, you hold a degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field, ideally complemented by project management certification. You bring 6-10 years of experience leading large-scale construction projects in an international context, preferably including experience as a developer’s representative
You have solid expertise in financial control, contract management, and risk assessment, along with deep knowledge of building regulations, codes, and technical standards—both local and international
