What’s more, you’ll join a great leadership team and collaborate with fellow product development heads to propel the agile transformation within product development, giving you a lot of influence on our future organization_ ,” explains VP for Product Development Steen Tøffner-Clausen. **Set the direction for an agile team of innovators** Joining us, you will become part of our Product Development organization, where we develop and maintain products and services for domestic buildings. We are currently reorganizing this vital area in Grundfos and establishing 4 separate value streams, each responsible for their own product area – and we need you to head our Domestic Cold Water development team. Doing so, you will set the direction for an agile team consisting of approx. 35 talented engineers, developers, technicians, technical product owners and scrum masters. The team is very independent, so your main task will be to set the direction, coach and support them in their work and help them develop and evolve. Moreover, you will become part of our Product Development Leadership team and the Divisional Extended Leadership team, through which you will have an impact on how we develop the full end-to-end organization. **Head the development of global products and offerings** Stepping into this position, you will – in addition to leading your team – become responsible for the cold-water product portfolio. Being technically accountable for the products, you ensure that your team develops and maintains best-in-class products. In short, some of your key tasks include: + Managing budgets for all activities within cold water product development + Ensuring that the cold-water portfolio is competitive & profitable + Supporting, driving and deploying the strategies within the value stream in collaboration with relevant stakeholders like e.g. product management + Leading the agile transformation and mindset within the team Some travel should be expected, but no more than approx. 20 days per year. **Inspiring people manager with a collaborative mindset** You have sound judgement and the ability to balance risk and rewards in a changing environment. Moreover, you are known for your ability to engage and motivate your team, and your technical understanding ensures that you can help set a clear direction for their work.
