We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Head of Product Delivery and Implementation.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
Take full ownership of product delivery from ideation to post-launch stabilization. Translate product roadmap priorities into actionable delivery plans, ensuring alignment with business timelines and commercial goalsLead all aspects of product implementation including planning, design integration, drafting user stories, planning/budgeting, business readiness, operational enablement, and system configurationEstablish and maintain an integrated implementation calendar aligned with the product roadmap and enterprise project portfolio. Drive disciplined tracking of timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, with proactive mitigation of risks or blockersServe as the central point of coordination between the Product Division, Operations, IT, Legal, Compliance, Distribution, and Marketing for product rolloutsLead cross-functional working groups and product squads to ensure clear ownership, accountability, and progress against milestonesImplement strong governance frameworks and issue escalation protocols to safeguard delivery timelines, budget, controls, and regulatory integrityEnsure all product launches meet regulatory, risk, compliance, and audit requirements in SingaporeLead, coach, and develop a high-performing implementation team (including project managers and business analysts) to drive ownership and excellence in delivery
