The Product & Learning Analytics team provides the critical insights that define our product and Go-to-Market strategy for SMB businesses. Our team helps influence the development of our products and creates scalable data solutions that empower our internal and customer-facing teams. As the Head of Product & Learning Analytics, you will lead the analytical agenda that shapes our mid- to long-term product GTM plans. You will navigate complex, ambiguous business and product challenges to drive long-term success. You will drive improvements across customer segmentation, product prioritization, sales strategy, and business growth. To accomplish this, you will build and lead a high-performing team of pragmatic, results-oriented analysts and engage with leaders across the organization to influence critical outcomes. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
