ABOUT THE JOB
Lead all financial reporting activities including 3YP, budget, monthly forecasting, and period-end reporting for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow for Marella Cruises.Provide clear financial insights to the Finance Director, MD, and wider TUI Group including the TUI Board (GEC), using bridges and visual aids to articulate performance stories.Oversee daily decision-making on hedging for Fuel, FX, and ETS while owning the hedging policy for Marella.Drive continuous improvement by identifying and eliminating barriers to execution through automation, database creation, and process optimization.Manage regulatory reporting requirements (ABTA, ATOL, CLIA) and lead both internal and external audit processes.Support the financial reporting aspects of new ship builds, ensuring proper accounting treatment and comparison to business cases.
ABOUT YOU
Qualified Financial Accountant (preferably ACA or ACCA) with significant post-qualification experience managing a substantial P&L (revenue >£100m).Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information and present it clearly to various stakeholders.You think strategically and can balance attention to detail with maintaining the bigger picture, making high-level decisions focused on commercial viability.Adapt well to change while maintaining focus on key deliverables.Have the confidence to challenge the status quo, with a curious mindset that drives continuous improvement and innovation.Lead through collaboration, developing your team while working effectively with colleagues across Treasury, Tax, Shared Service Centre and other business areas.
