What will you do?

Oversee team planning and distribution for event and non-event schedules, supporting the people team to ensure exceptional quality and appropriate quantity of team members at the London Stadium

Assign responsibilities to the people team members to support building strong relationships with Delaware North workforce to maximise engagement and performance

Set and monitor direct booking and agency partner ratios, tracking KPIs to ensure effective staffing solutions

Ensure team members are fully trained on the Time and Attendance System, building accurate templates and repeating rosters for optimal operations

Manage agency relationships, proactively communicate with team members, and collaborate with operations and Talent Acquisition teams to support payroll processes, develop training, retention strategies, and build up the internal casual workforce

More about you

Degree in a related field or 5+ years’ experience, including 2+ years’ experience in a similar organisation and role with a variable workforce, and managing multiple agency relationships; part CIPD Qualified or equivalent is beneficial

Knowledge or ability to use an HR information system, including accessing, inputting, and compiling data

Superior skills in written and verbal communication, interpersonal, relationship building, customer service, and presenting, as well as organisation, time management, prioritisation, and project management

Ability to travel and work at the London Stadium, and possibly other venues as necessary
