We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Operations to work anywhere in the UK.This pivotal leadership role is responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of TPA Property services, with a particular focus on the Lloyd’s and London Market portfolio. Acting as the strategic deputy to the Director of TPA Property, the role carries significant authority to drive operational excellence, lead transformation initiatives, and manage senior client relationships.
The role will lead the Lloyd’s and London Market Property claims teams and act as a senior point of contact for escalations, strategic discussions, and client development. The role will include contributing to and monitoring operational budgets, including salary costs, bonus structures, and margin contribution. It involves working closely with multiple departments across the business such as Compliance to support risk management initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and client protocols.
The successful candidate will ensure outstanding claims handling and client satisfaction, while fostering a high-performing team culture. With delegated responsibility for strategic decision-making, this role is instrumental in shaping the future of the Property claims function, contributing to business growth, innovation, and continuous improvement. It offers a unique opportunity to influence the direction of a key business area, while maintaining hands-on involvement in service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
