Head of Operations reporting to the Head of ESS Nanjing and is a member of ESS Nanjing management team. The Operations department shall manufacture products and manage competencies in such way that the ESS Nanjing could fulfill its targets and missions.

 

What you will do

BNEW GSU NP CN OP Operations is a unit within Supply Site Nanjing, responsible for scheduling, manufacturing decided products also including material handling and storing, packing and dispatching, quality control, taking site claims repair and service repair, global Test hardware supply, Scrap parts management, support other production site if needed.

Produce according to production plan in time with high quality and competitive cost.Provide the production base for prototypes and pre-series in the most efficient way in terms of time, quality, and production cost. Take the responsibility to set up and secure high quality and cost-effective product repair and support transfer out repair capabilities and competence.Develop and Optimize manufacturing process and equipment aiming for Sustainable and resilient operation on cost efficiency.Secure NPI and volume operations in terms of the equipment maintenance and repair. Provide Asset life cycle management, spare parts life cycle management, test hardware supply and calibration management for decided sites.Supply Test hardware, including NPI & duplication to global on high quality, competitive cost and agreed lead time.SMA & PBA OperationsModule Production & Repair CenterInbound Warehouse and Enclosure operationsTest Hardware Supply & Production EngineeringOperations Quality Test HW & Production EngineeringOperations planningYou will bring The position requires possession of a relevant University degree or above, and preferrable above 10 years of working experiences in relevant fields. Considerable experience and proven track records in manufacturing, supply chain management & quality management, preferably from an electronics industry.Advanced manufacturing and industrialization technologies, especially knowledge and applications of intelligent manufacturing.Be Independent, self-confident and well organized. Versatile leaderships incl. strategic thinking, inclusive leadership, change management.Solid leader of leader experiences with proven capabilities in managing experienced leaders.Good knowledge of English language, both verbally and in writing. Good communication skill.Good knowledge of Ericsson Company, including products, routines and key personnel.
