**Responsibilities**
+ Lead the GTM charge for Empathy Lab, one of the first truly AI-native agencies—built within EPAM’s global engineering and consulting network
+ Help global brands reimagine marketing and customer experience with AI as a creative and strategic multiplier
+ Be part of building the agency of the future—where creativity meets code, and empathy meets intelligence
**Requirements**
+ 15+ years in digital consulting, brand strategy, or marketing transformation—ideally within leading digital agencies or global consultancies
+ Minimum 5 years of experience directly consulting with CMOs and senior marketing executives, advising on brand transformation, martech modernization, and AI-enabled growth
+ Demonstrated ability to sell and lead large-scale engagements at the intersection of strategy, technology, and creative execution
+ Experience leading technology-enabled marketing transformation programs for enterprise clients
+ Expertise across a range of data-centric marketing domains, including programmatic marketing, measurement, CDPs, personalization and journey orchestration
+ Able to guide marketing executives on brand/marketing strategy and creative, alongside business focused topics such as revenue growth, cost takeout and operating model
+ Skilled in shaping GTM strategy, building pipeline, and driving commercial growth through a differentiated point of view
+ Connects brand, behavior, and business outcomes with a fluency in both creative storytelling and data-driven marketing
+ Deep appreciation for how AI is reshaping marketing—able to guide clients through capability building, use case development, and ethical implementation
+ Trusted advisor to Fortune 500 CMOs—comfortable leading executive workshops, shaping operating models, and building transformation roadmaps
+ Brings a sharp consultative edge paired with strong client empathy and the ability to simplify the complex
+ Adept at working across silos—bridging marketing, product, data, and technology teams to drive enterprise change
+ Inspires and mobilizes cross-functional teams across business development, strategy, and delivery
+ Operates with empathy, urgency, and clarity, modeling the core values of Empathy Lab
+ A persuasive storyteller and strategic thinker who can lead both conversations and markets

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $350,000 - $450,000.
