**Job Description**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Organizational excellence
+ Optimize medical affairs personnel performance management system from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of medical affairs department.
+ Provide project management to support key medical event from TAs
+ Oversee and plan China medical department budget management
Capability buildup
+ Build up innovative medical affairs capability to ensure that Takeda is continually innovating and maintain a competitive edge. Develop and execute medical affairs personnel capability developing strategy based on the company strategy.
+ Develop, execute, and track the medical affairs training plan
+ Continuously optimize the new staff on-board readiness process and make sure the new staff complete all the courses and obtain the certification
Medical governance
+ Develop China Medical Governance objectives and KPI, as well as long-term strategy and plan to assure cooperate and operational level compliance.
+ Strengthen medical governance on review and approval of materials and activities, including but not limited to, Commercial materials and medical materials, HCP sponsorships, Grant/Indirect Sponsorship, Partnership, GEARS, Speaker validation, etc., to ensure all materials and activities are consist with local regulation and Takeda internal standards and SOPs.
+ Ensure Non-GxP SOP training system are established and maintained to support company requirements.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
**Level of Education**
+ University Degree in Medical or Pharmacy, Master degree is preferable.
**Working Experience in Relevant Field**
+ Minimum 2 year related working experience in pharmaceutical company. Medical affairs training experience is preferred. Experience of complex project management in multinational company.
**Professional Knowledge and Skills**
+ Excellent teamwork/collaboration.
+ Excellent planning and organization skills and excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
+ Able to work under pressure in a busy environment and manage change, excellent problem-solving skills.
+ Thorough knowledge of RDPAC and related local regulations.
+ Good at Microsoft Office.
+ Excellent English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
