Job Summary
Oversee Hong Kong marketing team to create local demand for both Adult and Pediatric nutrition via traditional media and digital platforms, extend consumers’ life value via CRM and closely work with Cross-Border E-Commerce team.
Job Responsibilities
Develop, manage and monitor marketing strategies and plans with P&L management for portfolio of brands to drive business growth.
Position portfolio to meet changing needs of markets, consumers, and business objectives, differentiate core brands from the competitors, develop and implement brand core assets and 4P strategies based on the profound understanding of consumers’ insights and market landscape
Effectively engage cross-functional team, including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory team to drive sales target and marketing share achievement.
Closely monitor budgets and expenditures to evaluate the ROI of marketing spending and ensure that resources are spent in line with business plan.
Coach, develop and motivate staff so as to achieve top performance. Create a dynamic and proactive marketing team
Set direction for new products & business opportunities, continuously seek new growth opportunities.
Use consumer insights to choose the right strategies for brand growth.
Focus on customer satisfaction and commitment to quality and compliance.
Foster a working environment to attract, retain talents and maintain a strong marketing team.
Requirements: Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or related discipline
A skilled marketing professional with minimum of 12 years relevant experience in multinational corporate with execution of a series of increasingly complex brand management assignments. FMCG or healthcare industry preferred
Wide understanding and experience in P&L, budgeting, planning & forecasting and various marketing tools
Bring innovations to existing brands and products
Strong leadership and proficient people management skills. Collaborative team with strong interpersonal skill in order to develop and nurture relationships across internal functions
Excellent command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
