Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing reimbursement strategies, policies and programs to obtain coverage in a designated territory
• Sets reimbursement strategy and shapes policy relative to the changing payer environment to ensure appropriate reimbursement
• Researches, analyzes and executes reimbursement methodologies for government and commercial payers
• Provides reimbursement-related advice to product development teams, marketing, sales, medical affairs and patient services
• Identifies payer opportunities and implements programs to resolve/decrease barriers to entry for CSL products or therapies
• Leads and manages reimbursement team to ensure strategic alignment and execution of results

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in business, health policy, health economics, life sciences or healthcare discipline; MBA preferred
• 10+ years' pharmaceutical industry experience including reimbursement planning
• Prior experience with channel partners such as specialty pharmacies, GPOs, integrated health systems and payers
• Knowledge of relevant legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
• Experience leading and managing teams
