As Head of Market Access and Pricing, reporting into Market Access, Communications and Government Affairs Director at GSK Türkiye, you will be leading a team of market access and pricing professionals where you will be accountable for developing and executing market access and pricing strategies for new launches in hematology, solid tumors, specialty care and infectious diseases while managing life-cycle products. In this role, you will drive value for patients, payers and healthcare providers by achieving timely, optimal access and pricing for GSK medicines and vaccines. This involves introducing innovative solutions for patient access, and seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams in and above the country. In this role you will… Develop and Execute Market Access Strategies: Lead local market access and pricing strategies for pipeline and life-cycle products, including new launches, while monitoring healthcare environment trends and identifying opportunities and risks. Ensure Optimal Access and Pricing for New Launches: Drive innovative contracting, negotiation strategies, and timely access solutions, supported by robust value propositions and evidence-based approaches tailored to public and private payers. Collaborate Cross-Functionally for Strategic Alignment: Work with regulatory, government affairs, communications, commercial, medical, and finance teams to ensure successful pipeline preparations, launch plans, and budget planning. Build and Maintain External Stakeholder Relationships: Represent GSK at senior stakeholder engagements and trade associations, maintaining strong networks to address innovation access and pricing challenges Lead Reimbursement and Pricing Preparations: Support development and submission of high-quality dossiers, while ensure adaptation of health economics models, cost-effectiveness analyses, and budget impact assessments to local needs. Develop and Lead High-Performing Teams: Empower team members, foster a positive work culture aligned with GSK values, and contribute to global and regional market access communities with local insights and best practices. Why you? Basic Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, life sciences, or a related field. Minimum 5 years’ market access experience in pharmaceutical industry and strong oncology or specialty care therapeutic area experience. Proven track record of successful market access negotiations and new product launches in Türkiye. Strong stakeholder management, influence, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex topics to senior internal and external stakeholders while effectively managing multiple tasks and projects, prioritizing key objectives. Strategic thinking, planning and execution skills with strong business and value protection acumen relying on scientific evidence and data-driven insights Fluent in English (speaking and writing). Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply: Master’s degree in pharmacoeconomics, health economics, or health policy, or an MBA. Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and fostering collaboration. Strong experience in innovative contracting, healthcare systems and HTA trends.
