As the Private Credit Technology Lead, you will inspire and develop a high-performing engineering team, leveraging cutting-edge technology to transform how private credit operates.

You will lead the design and implementation of an innovative platform that seamlessly integrates bespoke and vendor solutions, setting new benchmarks for operational excellence and client-centricity. By streamlining critical workflows across the investment lifecycle, you will simplify complexity, enable scalability, and support the continued growth of our platform.

At the intersection of technology and business, you will collaborate closely with business, digital, and technology teams to deliver data-driven solutions that elevate client experiences and optimise operational efficiency. By harnessing advanced technologies such as AI and agentic workflows, you will drive smarter decision-making and position our private credit business as an industry leader.

This is your opportunity to play a strategic role in driving the growth and scalability of our private credit business while creating synergies across other strategies, such as Leveraged Credit and Real Assets. Your leadership will directly contribute to redefining how private credit operates, delivering lasting value for clients and stakeholders alike.

Proven experience as a technology leader in the alternative asset management industry, including a track record of building and leading high-performing technical teams while fostering collaboration and championing Agile methodologies.Demonstrated expertise in credit workflows and digital transformation, including deal pipelines, investment processes, trade allocations, risk/portfolio construction, and post-trade processing (e.g., lifecycle management, valuation, portfolio and fund accounting, and administrative oversight).Strong technical skills, with hands-on experience in Python or a similar object-oriented programming language, SQL, and data engineering.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams and align technology initiatives with strategic priorities.A passion for driving innovation through AI, advanced analytics, and cutting-edge technologies to enhance workflows and deliver measurable business value.A forward-looking mindset, staying informed on the latest trends in private markets, alternatives, and asset management to ensure solutions remain competitive and innovative.
