Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams in complex IT service environments 10 years of leadership experience in high-tech or engineering companies, managing large, globally distributed teamsDeep expertise in hybrid IT service management, including data centers, cloud, and edge computing Strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to align technology roadmaps with business objectives Successful track record implementing multi-cloud strategies and hyperscaler integrations Experience managing both in-house and partner service delivery models Strong understanding of operational excellence frameworks and continuous service improvement Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels Experience with agile methodologies and fostering innovation-driven cultures Resilient, hands-on leadership approach in dynamic environments Fluent English communication skills; additional languages beneficialYou are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
