Your mission: 

Leadership and professional development of the Inside Sales team, both disciplinary and strategicFull accountability for organizing, optimizing, and scaling internal sales processesEnsuring efficient account management for existing customers while actively supporting strategic new customer acquisition in close collaboration with the field sales teamPrioritization and coordination of customer inquiries, quotation processes, and order handling, in alignment with production and other internal departmentsDevelopment of comprehensive sales reporting structures, analysis of key performance indicators, and derivation of concrete actions to drive revenue growthPromotion of a high-performance, cross-functional team culture, including the implementation of best practices in day-to-day sales operations

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial or technical education, ideally complemented by further training or a degree in sales, business, or managementSeveral years of professional experience in B2B sales, preferably within a manufacturing or packaging environment, along with proven leadership experienceStrong commercial and technical acumen, coupled with analytical strength in working with data, processes, and KPIsDemonstrated success in optimizing sales processes and building high-performing teamsSolid IT skills, especially in MS Office; experience with SAP is a plusExcellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a strategic, hands-on approachFluency in German and English, both written and spoken, Dutch is advantageous
