We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Head of Insurance Proposition Development and Marketing, reporting to Chief Distribution Officer, Hang Seng Insurance Company Ltd .

Principal responsibilities:

Craft and implement marketing plans that align with business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, product penetration, and cross-selling opportunities.Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, advertising, and events.Effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (sales teams, product development, etc.) and external partners (agencies, vendors).Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant insurance regulations and company policies.Provide guidance, support, and performance management to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.Possess a strong understanding of insurance products and services, including life, health, and general insurance.Develop and implement marketing strategies with a strong focus on customer needs and preferences.
