In this critical leadership and people management role, you will own our industry demand generation Public Sector strategy and execution while managing a team of Field Marketing Managers covering Federal Government, State & Local Government, Education, Healthcare, and Financial Services sectors. Your leadership will be vital in driving our growth and establishing Qualtrics as a trusted partner in these highly regulated environments.\n \nHow You’ll Find Success\n\nDevelop and implement comprehensive field marketing and demand generation strategies that effectively drive pipeline growth and enhance market penetration in regulated industries.\nUtilize your expertise in B2B SaaS industry field marketing to create targeted approaches that address the unique challenges faced by the Public Sector, Financial Services, and Healthcare sectors.\nLead your team to successfully execute industry demand generation campaigns that position Qualtrics as the experience management leader in specialized markets.\nFoster strong collaboration with sales leadership to ensure field marketing efforts align with business objectives and accelerate sales cycles.\nContinuously analyze performance metrics and market trends to refine strategies and enhance the overall effectiveness of marketing initiatives.\n\nHow You’ll Grow\n \nIn this role, you will manage and mentor a team of 3 Field Marketing Managers, providing strategic direction, professional development, and performance management. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, analysts, and partners to enhance Qualtrics' presence in regulated markets.\n \nThings You’ll Do\n\nLead the development and execution of industry-specific field marketing strategies for regulated industries, focusing particularly on the Public Sector (Government, SLG, Education), as well as Healthcare and Financial Services.\nPartner with regulated industries sales leadership to develop and execute field marketing plans that drive pipeline generation and accelerate sales cycles within target industries.\nProvide requirements to the integrated marketing and product marketing teams to support the creation and execution of industry-specific campaigns and content that effectively communicate Qualtrics' value propositions to target audiences.\nPlan and execute third-party and hosted industry-specific events and programs.\nDevelop deep understanding of industry-specific challenges, buying processes, and regulatory requirements to inform marketing strategies and messaging.\nCollaborate with product marketing to ensure industry-specific messaging and positioning resonates with target audiences and addresses their unique needs.\nLeverage reporting and insights to track program effectiveness, ROI, and impact on pipeline and revenue across industry segments.\nWork cross-functionally with digital marketing, content, and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaign execution for your audiences.\nManage and optimize budget allocation across industry marketing initiatives to maximize impact and ROI.\n\nWhat We’re Looking for on Your Resume\n\n10+ years of progressive experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or related roles, with at least 5 years focused on regulated industries, particularly Public Sector.\n3+ years of people management experience, with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing marketing teams.\nDemonstrated success in developing and executing field marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth in B2B SaaS environments.\nDeep understanding of the unique challenges, buying processes, and regulatory requirements in Public Sector, Healthcare, and/or Financial Services industries.\nStrong track record of collaborating effectively with sales teams to develop and implement integrated go-to-market strategies.\nExperience managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns from conception to execution and measurement.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build relationships across the organization.\nProven analytical abilities with experience using data to inform marketing strategies, measure performance, and demonstrate ROI.\n\nWhat You Should Know about this Team\n\nOur team thrives in a dynamic and fast-growing environment, emphasizing innovation and the ability to adapt quickly to industry changes.\nWe prioritize collaboration, working closely with talented professionals across various departments to ensure aligned and effective marketing strategies.\nA strong commitment to professional development and mentorship exists within the team, enabling team members to grow their skills while contributing to impactful marketing efforts in regulated sectors.\n\nOur Team’s Favorite Perks and Benefits\n\nCulture: A vibrant work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and work-life integration.\nTeam Engagement: Opportunities for team-building activities, company-wide celebrations, and a supportive community.\nHealth and Wellness: Competitive health coverage, wellness stipends, and an annual experience bonus to enhance your personal and professional life.\n\nThe Qualtrics Hybrid Work Model: Our hybrid work model is elegantly simple: we all gather in the office three days a week; Mondays and Thursdays, plus one day selected by your organizational leader. For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
