Job Summary:
The company is looking for a mature and experienced Head of Human Resources (Female) to lead the HR function at its corporate office. This role will be responsible for managing Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Compliance, Administration, and Policy Development. The ideal candidate should be able to work closely with both senior management and ground-level teams, maintaining a balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Drive hiring strategies and end-to-end recruitment for various functions, ensuring timely onboarding of qualified talent.
• Payroll & Statutory Compliance:
Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with labour laws including PF, Gratuity, ESI, and related regulations.
• HR Policy Development & Implementation:
Formulate and enforce HR policies, especially around leave management, attendance, and workplace discipline. Drive awareness across teams.
• HRIS Management & Automation:
Oversee HR software systems, ensure data accuracy, and drive integration to streamline HR operations.
• Employee Engagement & General Administration:
Promote a collaborative culture, address grievances, and oversee general administrative HR functions.
• Liaison Role:
Act as a vital link between top management and operational teams, maintaining effective communication and people alignment.
Required/Preferred
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in HR, with exposure to core HR functions
• Education: Graduate (MBA in HR is an advantage, not mandatory)
• Gender Preference: Female
• Languages:
o Strong command of English (written and spoken)
o Proficiency in Marathi is essential
• Technical Skills:
o Familiarity with HRIS/HRIM systems
o Solid understanding of Indian labour laws and payroll regulations
• Personality:

o Able to handle responsibilities independently and with maturity
