The role:
As a Head of HR Services, you will drive the achievement of our strategic HR goals by:
Leading global HR Service delivery: Manage and guide all HR service delivery teams— team based in Vilnius Hub, outsourced service provider, and in-country HR Services teams—ensuring operational excellence, optimal resource deployment, and effective resolution of complex issues and escalations.Championing continuous improvement and innovation: Implement best-in-class practices, optimize HR processes, define and monitor KPIs and SLAs, and uphold strong governance and compliance frameworks to deliver scalable and efficient services.Collaborating across the HR ecosystem: Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and senior leaders to align HR service delivery with strategic business priorities, manage operational and transformational risks, and build strong global stakeholder relationships.Inspiring and developing HR teams: Lead and coach HR service leads and staff by setting clear goals, promoting a high-performance and customer-focused culture, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of HR services and processes worldwide.Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Degree-level education with a professional HR qualification (e.g. CIPD preferred), and strong knowledge of employment law, case management, processes, and HR systems like Workday.Proven experience leading people and change in a shared service model, managing performance to KPIs and SLAs, and working with complex relationships including trade unions and works councils.Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence, resolve conflict, hold challenging conversations, and drive engagement across all levels.Results-oriented and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset, strong communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to manage competing priorities with a customer focus.Even if you only match some of the skills, we’d love to hear from you to discuss further!
