Your Impact
As Head of HR for our Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) organization in Belgium, you'll be a key catalyst in our transformation journey. You'll partner with leadership to implement our One Sanofi People Strategy while supporting our evolving Manufacturing & Supply Operating Model.

Geel Manufacturing & Supply Leadership Team
People & Culture Northern Europe Leadership Team
How You'll Contribute - Site ResponsibilityStrategic Business Partnership (20% of role)Coach and advise Manufacturing & Supply leadership on people strategies that drive business success
Apply the P&C Operating Model while ensuring seamless collaboration with all partners
Contribute valuable market perspectives to global strategic initiatives
Transformation & Employee Relations (25% of role)
Guide organizational transformation while fostering constructive social dialogue
Provide expert counsel on complex employee relations matters
Talent Development & Acquisition (40% of role)
Implement market and business talent priorities aligned with our North Star Talent Strategy
Build manager capability in talent assessment and succession planning
Partner with Talent Acquisition for hiring key roles
Organizational Effectiveness (15% of role)
Coordinate business and organizational changes in collaboration with key stakeholders
Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic people decisions
Champion our diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives to enhance engagement
About youWhat You'll BringPassion for human resources and making a difference in healthcare
Significant HR experience (international exposure is a plus)
Outstanding leadership and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels (leading in a matrix organization)
Strong analytical thinking with ability to make data-driven decisions
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
Fluency in English and Dutch
