You'll partner with leadership to implement our One Sanofi People Strategy while supporting our evolving Manufacturing & Supply Operating Model. Your influence will extend across multiple leadership teams: + People & Culture (P&C) for Key Markets, Manufacturing & Supply Leadership Team + Geel Manufacturing & Supply Leadership Team + People & Culture Northern Europe Leadership Team **How You'll Contribute - Site Responsibility** **Strategic Business Partnership (20% of role)** + Coach and advise Manufacturing & Supply leadership on people strategies that drive business success + Apply the P&C Operating Model while ensuring seamless collaboration with all partners + Contribute valuable market perspectives to global strategic initiatives **Transformation & Employee Relations (25% of role)** + Guide organizational transformation while fostering constructive social dialogue + Provide expert counsel on complex employee relations matters **Talent Development & Acquisition (40% of role)** + Implement market and business talent priorities aligned with our North Star Talent Strategy + Build manager capability in talent assessment and succession planning + Partner with Talent Acquisition for hiring key roles **Organizational Effectiveness (15% of role)** + Coordinate business and organizational changes in collaboration with key stakeholders + Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic people decisions + Champion our diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives to enhance engagement **_About you_** **What You'll Bring** + Passion for human resources and making a difference in healthcare + Significant HR experience (international exposure is a plus) + Outstanding leadership and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels (leading in a matrix organization) + Strong analytical thinking with ability to make data-driven decisions + Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion + Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred) + Fluency in English and Dutch **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
