We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
• Health strategy and plan. To assist Chief Product Officer to plan and execute the health initiatives in terms of product design, pricing optimization, promotion campaign, value added services, system modernization to improve the customer experience
• Ensure all the regulatory requirement in term of resource plan, system, policy governance, operation process and etc. for running health business
• Design / measurement / communication / cost control / system development requirements/approval process of the health relating initiatives.
• Supervision and compliance rectification, on-going monitoring of the service efficiency, cost control, customer and front lines feedback on the health services and operations.
• Vendor management, lead team to improve capability, quality of the service vendors. Manage the contracts, on board and exit process and complying with internal and external policy and manual
• Team leadership development: Provide a strong leadership to the health operation service team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Meanwhile, you need to proactively work with other related departments and stakeholders, including Distribution, Product, Actuarial, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Legal Compliance to strengthen HSBC Life Insurance health propositions.
