Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 13 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
+ 4 years of experience managing individuals and leading cross-functional teams.
+ Experience leading operational initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master's degree in Science).
+ Problem-solving skills, with experience building persuasive/data-driven business cases.
+ Ability to influence counterparts in Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations.
+ Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence senior stakeholders and build relationships with cross-functional partners.

This team is responsible for setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products (from representing the customer to advocating for product requirements to ensuring teams are equipped to drive customer growth, product adoption, and business health at scale). This team plays an important role in building excellent go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing business skills to ensuring flawless execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $230,000-$324,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Develop and execute annual commercialization strategy and business plans to drive business, annual growth and product adoption.
+ Lead a team of global product experts in YouTube as well as broader Google-wide efforts to support vertical solutions, automation and industry imperatives.
+ Provide engagement and leadership with sales teams and specialists in Large Customer Sales and Google Customer Solutions to drive sales activation and prioritization of display in the context of a larger global business organization.
+ Prioritize new product features and improvements to existing products that represent sales requests and market innovation in the competitive display landscape. Effectively influence roadmap and delivery with product and engineering teams
+ Lead cross-functional partners in Marketing, gTech, and sales finance to align and execute a shared vision for success in Google Search.
