We’ll support your learning and growth as you develop your career with us and work with people across our business to realise your fullest potential. **Purpose** : + At its core, Net Revenue Management (NRM) in Diageo is about selling the right product to the right consumer, in the right customer, at the right time, for the right price. We will bring to bear on headline pricing, promotional efficiency, trade terms management, pack and format architecture and product/channel mix to deliver our agenda. + The Growth team will integrate channel development into its scope to ensure we effectively bring to bear NRM levers to drive sustainable growth while improving profitability across channels. + The NRM Manager will therefore be expected to deliver NRM Projects across Priority Markets and partner with local senior collaborators to embed priority NRM changes including Pricing Strategy, Promotional Strategy & M&E, Trade Strategy and trade terms. + The head of Growth will be the impetus for organisational change, leading the markets to become obsessed with Revenue Management. **Market Context** The Caribbean and Central America (CCA) market is a Diageo business unit that generates approx. £300m NSV. CCA is the most profitable market in LAC both in terms of absolute operating profit and margin. 90% of our NSV is USD invoiced. CCA is a very dynamic market with many opportunities. Our geographical footprint covers 37 countries, where different languages are spoken and we have a population of 80m, 52m of whom are LDA+. Our model is a distributor based RTC with over 40 partners. We also manage several co-packing partnerships throughout the region, and Panama is home to our innovation technology center and principal warehousing operations. The Scotch category accounts for approx. 70% of Total NSV, predominantly playing in the Premium and Super Premium segments; Diageo share of market in Scotch varies from 45% to 75% across the region – making us the number one player. **Decision Making** + Decide which NRM strategies and levers should be prioritized by each market according to each market climate description. + Decide the right channel development strategy to optimize NRM levers to deliver a sustainable and profitable growth. + Decide how to deploy CCA structural price strategy and architecture, as part of Annual CAP (Customer Annual Planning) process. + Recommend Pricing Scenarios and Impact assessment to consistently drive headline pricing interventions in CCA. + Act and be the key link between Finance, Sales, and Marketing in CCA Trade Terms agenda. + Make decisions in conjunction with Marketing/CMO, Sales and local distributor to deliver our price promotional plan, ensuring right optimization of investment. **Financial Responsibility** + Ensure M&E is applied on all relevant investments as per the agreed amounts. + Handle own T&E budget and adhere to all related policies, not exceeding assigned budget. + The role will be responsible for the entire Trade Spend structure in CCA. + Guarantee that NRM levers are embedded within CAP and Monthly processes. **Leadership Responsibility** The role reports to the Head of Customer Marketing, CCA. The role has 5 managers as direct reports. As the functional leader in CCA, he / she has to also coach, mentor and build capabilities within the Growth team and across CCA. + Take global thinking and make it locally actionable. + Work as a key enabler to deliver the pricing effectiveness agenda for the countries, with the country teams (commercial finance, commercial managers and Sales Opex teams) as well as central functions (Sales Opex and GDBS/BI teams) and distributors. + Fearless in challenging the status quo on NSV/EU and absolute NSV and GP level to constantly improve value and bring people together on the journey via rational and emotional engagement. + Must be able to synthesize marketing, commercial and pricing information to draw insights and actionable recommendations (e.g., structure the problem, collect data, identify issues, and present results). + Drive organizational capabilities, processes, and tools to accelerate pricing insights into action. **Key Outputs/Deliverables** + Drive pricing and promotional effectiveness in a compliant way in all CCA markets and channels, collecting pricing and promotional roadmap data from countries, use of standard tools and analytics to country performance against agreed upon objectives. + Drive channel development strategy by using data driven insights to have clear channel actionable plan with the right segmentation, NRM levers optimization and multifunctional team alignment. + Own and complete roll out plans across NRM and work alongside our distributors to enable effective knowledge transfer. + Monitor pricing and promotional calendar execution to identify price and promo opportunities. + Collaborate with DBS to drive NRM systems & data implementation forward. + Build excellent capabilities to invest our promotional budget in the right brands, in the right channel and in the right promotional mechanics to stay competitive and deliver superior business performance. + Design rigorous process for planning and completing promotions. + Rolling-out best-in-class promotion management tool. + Lead the implementation of size mix, channel mix, brand mix to deliver headline prices targets. + Monitor and understanding competitive dynamics and competitive prices **Qualifications and Experience Required** + Strong analytical skills. + FMCG pricing expertise and experience of trade investment management is a distinct advantage. + Ability to influence and build relationships with the Finance and Commercial teams across the organization through experience and know-how. + Minimum 7 years work experience in Commercial and / or Finance. + Bachelor’s Degree required in Business or related field.
