The Role

As a member of the Global Government Affairs team within Kyndryl's Corporate Affairs team, you will :

Work with the Vice President Government Affairs and Policy for Europe to build and drive a government affairs and regulatory strategy to support Kyndryl's business, brand, and reputation in Spain.  Act as a trusted adviser to Kyndryl Spain leadership.Build an engagement strategy working with consultants and other key partners.Develop trusted relationships with relevant government officials - at all levels of the administration - and stakeholders. Engage and manage policy campaigns and initiatives, particularly on cybersecurity, AI, and cloud.Develop relationships with key associations to help inform Kyndryl of key public policy issues, support Kyndryl engagement in Spain (including in public sector) and support Kyndryl policy objectives.Support the Kyndryl Spain teams in developing a strategy and executing on opportunities for growth of the business.

Who You Are

8+ years of experience working in government affairs and with Spain institutions and stakeholders, preferebly working on tech policy.Strong understanding of Spain institutions, the interplay of federal, regional, and local level, and public policies.Strong knowledge of the functioning of the political system and the Spanish Public Administration. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and trusted relations accross internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate persuasively verbally and in writing, at different seniority levels, and across a diverse range of topics and of different nature (including technical and legal).Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify priorities, assess policy risks and opportunities, and communicate complex concepts concisely.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong business-focus and results-oriented.Fluent in English.
