Our hybrid work model (3 days in our office) gives us the face-to-face time to have creative conversations, meaningful meetings, make quick decisions, and build relationships. At the same time, it offers the flexibility you need to focus and do your best work. 
 

Role Overview Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Workplace, Facilities, and Workplace Experience to lead our global workplace operations, real estate strategy, and employee experience across our global footprint. This role is responsible for shaping and delivering a high-impact, employee-centric workplace vision across a portfolio spanning offices, innovation hubs, and satellite locations—supporting over 4,500 employees worldwide. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, enhance culture through workplace design and services, and optimize performance through our outsourced partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Collaboration

Define and deliver a global workplace and facilities strategy aligned with growth, hybrid work, and sustainability.

Lead and inspire a global team, fostering innovation, accountability, and seamless collaboration across IT, HR, Finance, and Business Units.


Real Estate & Operations

Manage the global real estate portfolio, including leases, renewals, acquisitions, and cost optimization.

Oversee outsourced FM program, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant operations across all sites.

Use data, KPIs, and governance to drive performance and continuous improvement.


Workplace Experience & Sustainability

Create a high-quality workplace experience integrating hospitality, wellness, and design.

Deliver services (reception, F&B, mailroom, events) aligned with employee needs and brand identity.

Lead initiatives on energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and green building standards while advancing ESG goals.


Qualifications

10+ years in global workplace, facilities, or real estate leadership.

Proven success managing large portfolios, outsourced FM, and hybrid work strategies.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Experience with M&A integration and ESG initiatives preferred.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or certifications (IFMA, CoreNet) a plus.

Success Criteria:

Measurable success managing space efficiency, employee satisfaction, and FM service delivery.

Consistent cost management, optimization and value generation from outsourced model.

Successful transformation of the workplace experience to support hybrid work, innovation, and inclusion.

Strong alignment with corporate goals for sustainability, resilience, and business continuity.
