In this pivotal role, you will increase the value of our net revenue waterfall by providing strategic direction, tools and processes as well as capabilities across pricing, promotions, and customer/trade investments on a global scale. **Core Responsibilities:** + **End-to-End Pricing Ownership:** Lead the global setting of Recommended Retail Prices (RRP) and List Pricing, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer expectations. Build out and embed our value-based pricing strategies that enhance profitability while maintaining competitive positioning. Develop SKU level Price Elasticities. Regularly analyze pricing performance and market feedback to refine strategies and optimize revenue. + **Customer Incentives Strategy:** Design and implement comprehensive customer incentives strategies that drive engagement and loyalty. Identify key customer segments for targeted investment, assessing potential returns and aligning incentives with overall business objectives. + **Trade Investment Effectiveness:** Own the Trade Investment Effectiveness agenda, ensuring optimal value from a multi-billion DKK budget dedicated to promotions and customer/trade investments. Regularly review and adjust strategies based on performance analysis and market conditions. + **Transform Trade Investment Management:** Direct a cross-functional team to develop and implement a global trade investment management system that streamlines processes from planning to settlements. Collaborate with Product team to further develop and optimize the suite of tools that enhance visibility, accountability, and efficiency in trade spending. + **Team Leadership:** Mentor, manage, and inspire a diverse team of 12, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Provide functional guidance to approximately 15 others, including regional Revenue Management Leads, Digital Product Managers, and Finance professionals. + **Strategic Collaboration:** Engage with other senior leaders across the organization to align revenue management strategies with overall business objectives. Participate in cross-functional initiatives that drive growth and enhance market positioning. Share insights and best methodologies with regional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to revenue management and pricing. Manage relationships with key partners to enhance strategic partnerships and drive business success. **Play your part in our team succeeding!** As the Head of Global Revenue Management & Pricing, you will join the Global Commercial Development Leadership Team, which is responsible for enabling sustainable growth. This team focuses on elevating our commercial levers, driving relevant change by transforming our capabilities and processes for the future, and implementing our commercial plan to drive current business performance. Additionally, you will ensure delivery and governance across regions and markets. This is a highly visible and strategic position that plays a central role in elevating our commercial levers to unlock growth. Strong leadership and commercial skills are critical for success, along with a proven ability to inspire change and influence on a global scale. **Do you have what it takes?** + **Experience:** 12+ years in revenue management, commercial excellence, customer development, or a related field. + **Strategic Leadership:** Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams toward achieving strategic objectives. + **Revenue Management Expertise:** Deep understanding of pricing strategies, trade investment, and revenue growth management. + **Commercial Competence:** Strong commercial skills with an understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior. + **Change Management:** Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence partners on a global scale. + **Communication Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively. + **Collaboration and Influencing:** Excellent interpersonal skills with a curiosity about effective collaboration across global and regional teams. + **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with digital tools and systems related to revenue management and trade investment, particularly in agile/product project settings. + **Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
