Head of Gaming Content
Job description The Gaming Content domain drives evoke’s casino games offering across brands such as 888, William Hill, and Mr Green, managing a portfolio of 5,000 titles with 500 new games added annually from 100 global suppliers, alongside in-house production via Section8 Studio. The Head of Gaming Content leads this unit of 35 specialists, overseeing strategy, supplier partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver streamlined releases and long-term growth.
What you'll be doing
Lead the Gaming Content domain to optimize release processes across all brands and markets, ensuring transparency on release status and roadmapsDrive delivery of financial KPIs through detailed tactical growth and marketing plans, supporting Evoke’s long-term strategy for revenue, product, and marketingPartner with Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to design and execute campaigns, roadmaps, player journeys, and the overall gaming and casino product roadmapManage supplier relationships by maintaining strong partnerships with existing providers, seeking new suppliers, and overseeing contract negotiations and integrationsLeverage understanding of technology flows, integrations, configurations, and setups to streamline operations and support innovationStay current with market trends and regulations, ensuring game offerings and supplier relationships are fully compliant and enhance player experienceCollaborate with Business Intelligence and operational teams to set up performance tracking, analyze results, and identify and implement improvementsChampion operational excellence, resolve escalated game queries, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across teams and departments
Who we are looking for
Proven managerial experience, ideally leading managers, with the ability to inspire teams and align them to evoke’s vision and goalsStrong igaming industry background in content operations or product roles within operators or suppliers, with solid operations and project management expertiseData-driven and highly analytical, with experience in dashboards such as PowerBI and Tableau, and strong understanding of technical flows and dependenciesSkilled in business negotiations, agreement reviews, and legal discussions, with the ability to balance big-picture strategy and detail focus, engage senior management, and thrive in diverse, multicultural environments
