HEAD OF FLEXIBLE RENTAL SOLUTIONS
Your mission:
The Head of Flexible Rental Solutions has the mission of managing and developing the short- and medium-term rental activity, also known as flexible rental, as well as the activities related to replacement vehicles and pre-run vehicles that occur after the order of a vehicle leasing until its delivery. In this role, the Head of Flexible Rental Solutions works closely with the other departments. Together with his team, they are the guarantors of a high-level customer experience. You report directly to the Sales Director.
The mission of the Operations Manager is to:
Contribute to the development and deployment of a strategy to develop Flex rental activities and ensure high levels of efficiency, quality and profitability,
Develop the business line by designing new service solutions and exploring new channels,
Develop the business line by conceiving and deploying appropriate communication, marketing and pricing,
Organize the Fleet Operations division to have the most suitable fleet in terms of customer needs, holding costs and company strategy,
Ensure that the Fleet Operations division efficiently handles the logistics and guarantees a high level of quality and a high level of customer experience,
Set goals for its teams to ensure the achievement of the Business Plan,
Support growth by developing services for existing accounts,
Ensure the development of the portfolio by acquiring new clients,
Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers with a long-term qualitative orientation,
Regularly monitor achievements against objectives, carry out the necessary analyzes and, in accordance with its n+1, use these analyzes to address problems and put in place the necessary actions,
Manage the team with a focus on the following elements: motivation, commitment, sense of responsibility, results orientation, continuous improvement, operational excellence, quality, qualitative collaboration with the other departments of the company,
Collaborate with the managers defined by the group’s matrix organization,
Actively contribute to initiatives related to all management (MTXL)
Seek and stimulate improvement of all processes in its service.
Your profile:
Higher education, Bac+4/5, business school or similar,
5 years of experience in a similar position,
Good knowledge of the car market and the leasing,
Deeply commercial, you know how to be persuasive,
Pragmatic and operational approach to issues,
Results-oriented, organized, rigorous, you like to communicate and interact with all types of interlocutors,
Fluency in French and English is essential.
