This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, cost leadership, and long-term value creation by aligning financial strategy with industrial transformation and business growth objectives. **About Job** + **Strategic Business Partnership** : Act as a trusted advisor & Partner to the Manufacturing & Supply Chain leadership, shaping strategic decisions on investments, capacity, and operational transformation aligned with both M&S and Commercial strategy across all plants in China **Performance Management** : Lead the financial planning cycle (budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning) to ensure alignment with corporate goals and operational realities for all China Plants + **Cost Leadership & Efficiency** : Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives across the manufacturing and logistics network without compromising quality or agility. + **Capital Allocation & Investment Analysis** : Drive financial evaluation of capital projects, make-or-buy strategies, and network expansion to ensure optimal resource deployment. + **Working Capital Optimization** : Lead initiatives to improve inventory management and cash flow efficiency across the supply chain. + **Operational Finance Excellence** : Oversee product costing, variance analysis, and standard cost setting to ensure transparency and control. + **Team Leadership** : Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing finance team across multiple sites, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. + **Governance & Compliance** : Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX compliance, and local regulatory requirements. + **Global Alignment** : Collaborate with global finance counterparts to implement corporate initiatives and harmonize financial practices. **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
