Apply now for the Head of Finance - Diagnostics (Indonesia, Philippines & Thailand) and be responsible for driving the financial performance, planning, and operational excellence of the Diagnostics business in the region. You will act as a key business partner to the Diagnostics leadership team, offering critical financial insights that support data-driven decision-making.

Your Role:You will oversee and manage the financial operations, financial statements, and commercial operations within your geographies.You will partner with both Laboratory Solutions (LS) and Point-of-Care (POC) business managers on Sales Strategy and Business Evaluation.You will be the go-to contact for local Country CEO/CFOs, Accounting Hub, and Performance Controllers.You will lead the annual budget & monthly forecasting processes.You will monitor orders & revenue, collaborate w/Sales & Business Partners to meet revenue and profit targets.You will analyze and implement pricing strategies for new & existing portfolio items.You will control customer credit for Sales Order booking and delivery, monitoring Accounts Receivable and Cash Collection.You will manage external auditor as per requirements (local GAAP) and 3rd party vendors (warehouse service provider, etc).You will lead ad-hoc analysis and special projects within your geographies, as applicable.

Your Expertise:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
