Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded. **Responsibilities:** + Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. + Ensure accurate, timely financial and regulatory reporting in compliance with statutory requirements. + Drive end-to-end financial controls, tax planning, and risk management. + Partner with business units for cost control, profitability analysis, and performance management. + Provide financial insights and decision support to senior leadership and board. + Lead, coach, and develop a team of 23 professionals, driving performance excellence, engagement, and a strong culture of accountability. + Lead and oversee key finance-driven and cross-functional projects-including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) upgrades, e-Invoice, SST compliance, and M&A activities-while providing financial oversight on broader business initiatives to ensure effective cost tracking, regulatory compliance, and return on investment (ROI) analysis. + Champion financial transformation, system enhancements, and process improvements. + Able to communicate well with regulators, external auditors, and tax agents. **Requirements:** + Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. + Professional certificate (i.e., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is required. + At least 10 of finance experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role. + Solid understanding of financial reporting standards (e.g., MRFS/IFRS) and local regulatory requirements (e.g., BNM, tax). + Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and governance capabilities are essential. + Experience in financial services, banking or regulated industry is preferred.
