Head of Fiduciary Operations in Europe

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Fiduciary Operations team at Marsh McLennan. This role may be based in Poland, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, or Italy — location is flexible and depends on you!

As Head of Fiduciary Operations, you will be part of a dynamic global team responsible for delivering high-quality fiduciary services across the region. In this key leadership role, you will oversee a large team, drive operational excellence, and support transformation initiatives to enhance client service and operational efficiency.

We will count on you to:

Lead and manage a team of approximately 150 colleagues across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations, ensuring high performance and engagement.Deliver and optimize the regional Fiduciary target operating model, including People, Process, and Location strategies.Oversee core activities such as Accrual, Invoicing, and Credit Control, ensuring KPIs like Budget, Time to Invoice, and Days Receivables Outstanding are met or exceeded.Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to drive process improvements, enhance client service, and implement best practices.Manage financial and regulatory controls, ensuring compliance and supporting transformation initiatives within the Fiduciary function.

What you need to have:

Approximately 20 years of professional experience in large, multinational organizations.Proven experience (5+ years) leading large-scale Fiduciary or Customer Accounts operations, with a strong understanding of the work involved.Experience managing virtual teams across multiple locations, including offshore teams.Demonstrated success in leading transformation and change management at scale and pace.Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills, with a focus on operational excellence.
